Depending on your goals and preferences, your PRENATAL massage might include:

Prenatal massage is a safe, effective, and supportive therapy for women throughout pregnancy, From first trimester to full term, massage helps pregnant women to relax and minimize the impact of stress on their bodies and the developing baby.  Massage can help relieve many of the aches and pains that accompany a woman's changing shape and posture. Research shows that massage promotes healthier moms, shorter and less traumatic labors, and healthier babies.

While many women seek out massage only when the discomforts of the last few months of pregnancy become intolerable, the real
benefits are gained from more regular sessions throughout the pregnancy. Women who receive regular massage have measurably reduced levels of stress hormones and report fewer mood swings and physical discomforts. (Benefits and Research)
